Elixir Chill & Connect @ Genting 2025
From 12 to 15 June 2025, the Elixir team stepped away from the day-to-day routine and gathered in the cool highlands of Genting for our annual company retreat. Set against a refreshing mountain backdrop, Elixir Chill & Connect @ Genting 2025 was designed as a deliberate pause—to reconnect as a team, reflect on our shared journey, and realign for what lies ahead.
Over four days, colleagues across teams came together through a mix of structured team-building activities and informal shared moments. These experiences encouraged open collaboration, strengthened cross-team relationships, and reinforced the sense of trust and camaraderie that underpins how we work together at Elixir. Laughter, conversations, and collective problem-solving were as important as the activities themselves, creating space for genuine connection beyond roles and titles.
The retreat also provided an opportunity to recognise and celebrate our people. We honoured our long service award recipients, acknowledging their dedication, commitment, and contributions over the years. These milestones serve as a reminder that Elixir’s progress is built on the perseverance and passion of its people. In addition, birthday celebrations for team members added a personal and joyful touch to the retreat, reinforcing our culture of appreciation and inclusivity.
By the end of the retreat, the team returned not just rested, but re-energised and refocused. The time spent together strengthened our collective spirit and reaffirmed our shared purpose, to continue driving innovation, delivering quality solutions, and supporting one another as we move forward.
